Former Congressman Mo Brooks (R-Huntsville) recently spoke on the Brandon and Christopher Show Podcast about President Donald J. Trump's (R) second term as President of the United States.
Brooks said that he found similarities between President Trump's second term as President and Richard M. Nixon's second term including both Presidents' decline in polling numbers.
"The Trump administration is already panicked," said Brooks. "They are all over the map and they are doing that in large part because they are panicking."
Brooks sided with Trump on the legal status of undocumented aliens.
"People who are here illegally don't have any rights under the constitution in my view," said Brooks.
Brooks was very critical of the President's trade strategy.
"When you make it the United States versus the world of course the world's economy is bigger than the United States so now the world has that trade advantage," said Brooks. "To me that is a huge tactical error when you go after everybody."
The Brandon and Christopher Show is hosted by Alabama Gazette leader reporter and content manager and the Alabama Political Contributor's publisher Christopher M. Peeks.
