Tuberville is shocked by "Revelations" that Biden had Sen. Tuberville's phones tapped

October 6, 2025 - Documents have surfaced showing that President Joseph R. Biden (R) secretly order the FBI to tap the phones of Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-Alabama) and other prominent Republican members of Congress. This FBI surveillance was reportedly authorized by President Biden – though who was actually giving orders at the White House using Biden's name is still debated as is President Biden's competency in the second half of his administration.

FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino told a Senate Committee on Monday that an investigation has uncovered documents showing that Senator Tuberville's communications along with other members of Congress were monitored by the FBI without his/their consent.

Bongino testified that Special Counsel Jack Smith and President Biden's FBI secretly surveilled Tuberville's phone in 2023. This was part of Special Counsel Smith's politically motivated January 6th investigation into President Donald Trump that failed to find any wrongdoing on the part of President Donald J. Trump (R) and failed to sway voters enough to give the 2024 election to Kamala Harris - ostensibly the real goal of Smith's entire investigation.

Tuberville said that he was shocked to learn that he had been targeted by federal law enforcement as one of the many enemies of the Biden administration.

"I was just shocked to learn during an FBI briefing that Jack Smith narc'd on myself and seven other Senators during his made-up January 6th probe into President Trump," said Senator Tuberville. "When I ran for Senate, I expected that countries like China, North Korea, or Russia would go after me. But I never expected it would be my own country under Joe Biden tapping my phone. Make no mistake: Joe Biden was surveilling the phones of U.S. Senators to try to punish his opponent, President Donald Trump. It's an absolute disgrace-and someone needs to go to jail."

"I never thought I'd see the day where an American president would stoop so low as to spy on a sitting senator," said Tuberville. "If these allegations are true, it's not just an attack on me-it's an attack on the integrity of our entire government."

Tuberville is calling for a full investigation into these allegations.

"Americans deserve transparency," said Tuberville. "This is not something we can let slide under the rug."

FBI Director Kash Patel said on X: "We recently uncovered proof that phone records of U.S. lawmakers were seized for political purposes," said Patel. "That abuse of power ends now. Under my leadership, the FBI will deliver truth and accountability, and never again be weaponized against the American people."

The White House has not issued a formal statement directly addressing these specific allegations.

This is a developing story.
