SEC Nation Filming Live From Tuscaloosa

November 29, 2024 - TUSCALOOSA, AL - For football fans who seek the opportunity to smile and wave at their friends and relatives from the television screen, the SEC network's signature traveling show, SEC Nation, is filming live from Tuscaloosa, Alabama ahead of the November 30th, 2024 Alabama v. Auburn game. A sports talk show featuring the anchors Laura Rutledge, Tim Tebow, Jordan Rodgers, Paul Finebaum, and Roman Harper, SEC Nation starts airing live at nine AM central time on Saturday morning. Although, for those seeking their half of a second of tv fame, it is recommended to get there no later than eight AM to obtain the coveted front row spots.

If waking up early on a Saturday morning does not sound appealing, the Paul Finebaum show also airs live from the same set on Friday afternoon from two o'clock to six o'clock central time. With Paul Finebaum being known in the region as an at times somewhat critical anchor who knows how to get into the deep seated emotions of college sports fans.

Due to the Iron Bowl coming so soon after Thanksgiving, the SEC Nation crew built the SEC Nation set earlier than normal, on Wednesday. Where it has been standing ever since. And for those wishing to try to get on tv, the set is located in front of Wade Hall on the campus of The University of Alabama, diagonally across from Denny Chimes.

Luisa Reyes is an attorney in Tuscaloosa with a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Judson, a master's degree in library science, and a law degree from Samford's Cumberland School of Law. She is also a piano instructor and vocalist.
