The Young Republican Federation of Alabama recently held their state convention in Homewood. Among the many items of business covered was election of officers. Most of last year's officers were re-elected for a second year of service.
Stephanie Petelos Nabavian was unanimously re-elected as chair.
Nate Butler was re-elected as Vice Chair.
Jared Downing was re-elected as National Committeeman.
Gracie Overstreet was re-elected as National Committeewoman.
Eric Lee was re-elected as Treasurer.
Raylyn McLaughlin was elected as Secretary, Incumbent Janey Whitney did not seek a second term in the role.
Sandy Howard was elected as CD1 vice chair.
Cedric Coley was elected as CD2 vice chair.
Logan Glass was elected as CD3 vice chair.
Vincent Wilhite was elected as CD4 vice chair.
Daniel Cici was elected as CD5 vice chair.
River Morris was elected as CD6 vice chair.
John Morgan Owens was elected as CD7 vice chair.
The group also chartered a new chapter – the Baldwin County Young Republicans.
The Rocket City Young Republicans were honored as the Young Republican chapter of the year.
