August 4, 2025 - BIRMINGHAM, AL - The Associated Builders and Contractors of Alabama (ABC of Alabama) has officially endorsed attorney and business advisor Caroleene Dobson in her campaign for Alabama Secretary of State, citing her forward-thinking leadership and commitment to reforming state business services.
"Caroleene is the kind of young, forward-thinking leader Alabama needs," said Tim Harrison, Chairman of ABC of Alabama. "She understands the needs of our industry and is willing to roll up her sleeves to find ways to reduce fees and streamline business services. ABC of Alabama serves a broad coalition of the state's construction sector, which generates over 200,000 jobs and contributes approximately 5% of Alabama's economic output. Dobson's endorsement marks a significant step in her effort to secure support from key business constituencies across the state.
