"Dark MAGA" Discussed At Tuscaloosa's Eagle Forum

August 2, 2025 - TUSCALOOSA, AL - The phrase, "Make America Great Again", has become the rallying cry for Trump supporters who interpret it to mean the three key elements of the psyche of the American voting populace: Providence, Prosperity, and Patriotism. The enduring popularity of the phrase during President Trump's campaigns for higher office has led to it being shortened into simply "MAGA" and has become a common logo worn on hats and t-shirts for Trump voters. However, every political movement and political party has its purists. And the purists of the MAGA movement are now sounding the alarm about "Dark MAGA".

This "Dark MAGA" was the topic of discussion at the Tuscaloosa Action Group meeting of the Alabama Eagle Forum co-led by Linda and Bela Berty on August 02nd, 2025 at the Tuscaloosa Public Library. With the speaker on the topic being Jay Jusino, author of the book, "Truth Is Fallen In The Street: Examining The Pedagogy of Christian Teachers in Public Schools." A biology teacher of nearly twenty years, Jay Jusino explained that "good movements always experience the corrupting influence of the enemy." And, Jusino cautioned, the corrupting influence of the MAGA movement is this Dark MAGA.

"Dark MAGA" was described by Mr. Jusino as the movement within MAGA that is led by the extremely wealthy technocrats like Elon Musk. As Elon Musk announced at Trump's second rally in Butler, Pennsylvania in 2024, that "I'm not just MAGA, I'm Dark MAGA". It is a movement that sees the Age of Enlightenment as a failure. While the Age of Enlightenment is often taught in college Western Civilization courses as one of the origins of the concepts that led to the American Democratic Republic system of government encompassing the ideals of individual liberty, representative government, religious freedom, empirical evidence, the scientific method, and rule of law; the Dark MAGA proponents blame the Age of Enlightenment for modern day corruption and mismanagement. In short, they blame the Age of Enlightenment for the rise of liberal democracy. With the champions of Dark MAGA advocating a technocratic authoritarian government to be implanted in its place.

This technocratic authoritarian government proposed by Dark MAGA is basically another incarnation of the New World Order or globalist system of government. And many Christians see the emphasis of technology in Dark MAGA as heralding the mark of the beast in Revelations 13. As according to Revolutions 13 of The Bible, people will not be able to either buy or sell without the mark of the beast. And, indeed, at the Tuscaloosa meeting clips were shown of people in Sweden who wear microchips implanted in their right hand and simply scan it to enter their workplaces and pay for groceries rather than digging into their pockets to pull out paper or coin currency.

The overriding concern about the Dark MAGA expressed at the Tuscaloosa Eagle Forum meeting was that it is pushing The Great Reset agenda which aims to move the USA from being one of the world's leading super powers to being part of a globalist agenda that emphasizes "together" and "unity". Terms which sound nice on the surface. But, in the context of The Great Reset are used to promote communism. For as Mr. Jusino explained, "Unity is good, if in Christ". But, under Dark MAGA and The Great Reset, the goal is to unite humanity without God. Which constitutes rebellion against The Good Lord and leads to the devastating effects of Communism. With the Great Reset aiming to achieve by 2030 their goals of the US no longer being a world superpower with a handful of countries dominating the world scene instead. And people owning nothing, but convincing themselves that they are still happy. With the population of the world being reduced down to a mere 500 million.

In sum, the big concern raised for MAGA supporters at the Tuscaloosa Meeting of the Alabama Eagle Forum, was to be wary of the infiltrating effects of this Dark MAGA movement. A movement which undermines the "Make America Great Again" movement in favor of a centralized global order called "Pax Universalis". A globalist order that will benefit the Technocrats in charge, but will be devastating for the American people. And, by consequence, devastating for the people of the world.
