Case Dixon to Host Town Hall in Alabaster on August 28

Alabaster residents will have the opportunity to meet Republican congressional candidate Case Dixon this Thursday evening at a community town hall focused on the future of Alabama's 6th District. The event will be held at the Albert L. Scott Library, located at 100 9th Street NW, and is scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM. Attendees are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early for informal conversation and one-on-one engagement.

Dixon, who is seeking the Republican nomination for U.S. Congress in Alabama's 6th District, says the town hall is designed to foster open dialogue with voters and provide a platform for discussing the issues that matter most to local families, businesses, and civic leaders.

"This is your chance to ask questions and have an honest conversation about the issues that matter most to our community," Dixon said in a statement. "Bring a friend, bring a question, and let's talk about Alabama's future."

The event is free and open to the public, though seating is limited. Constituents from across Shelby County and surrounding areas are invited to attend and participate in the discussion. Topics expected to be addressed include economic development, education, infrastructure, and federal accountability-along with Dixon's broader vision for principled leadership in Washington.

As part of his campaign, Dixon has emphasized transparency, local engagement, and a commitment to representing the values of Alabama's 6th District. Thursday's town hall offers voters a chance to hear directly from the candidate and share their concerns in a community setting.

The Albert L. Scott Library has long served as a civic hub for Alabaster, and organizers say the venue was chosen to reflect the grassroots nature of Dixon's campaign. The event will include a brief address from the candidate followed by a moderated Q&A session.
