Race Weekend Arrives at Barber Motorsports Park: What Fans Need to Know

LEEDS, AL. - The engines are revving and the gates are swinging open as Barber Motorsports Park welcomes fans for a high-octane weekend of racing, hospitality, and motorsports history from Friday, October 3 through Sunday, October 5. Whether you're a seasoned racegoer or a first-time visitor, here's everything you need to know to make the most of your experience.

Gate and Will Call Hours

Gates open daily at 8:00 AM Central Time and will close one hour after the final race concludes each day. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to secure prime viewing spots and enjoy pre-race activities.

Will Call is conveniently located at the Hampton Inn across from the main entrance at 310 Rex Lake Road, Leeds, AL 35094. Hours of operation are:

• Friday, October 3: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Saturday, October 4: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Sunday, October 5: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Concessions and Fan Comfort

A wide variety of concessions will be available throughout the venue. All concessions are cashless, accepting major debit, credit, and bank gift cards. Fans are welcome to bring outdoor blankets or chairs to enjoy the action from hillside viewing areas or the Fan Zone.

Tents are permitted only on the hillsides at Turns 2/3 and Turns 15/16, above the designated marked areas.

Lost something? Visit the ZOOM Motorsports office located in the back of Lot E near Volunteer Headquarters. The office is open from 8 AM to 5 PM CT during race weekend, or call the hotline at 205.645.2505.

Parking and Accessibility

Parking options are designed to accommodate a wide range of visitors:

• Motorcycle parking is free, courtesy of Arai Helmets.

• On-site parking is available in Lot E. Be sure to follow signage and display your parking decal.

• Off-site parking is available Friday through Sunday in Lot G and the Tech Lot, with shuttle service to the main event area.

• Trailer parking is designated in the Tech Lot.

• ADA accessible viewing is located next to Turn 14, with ADA parking available across from Tram Stop 1.

Ticketing and Discounts

Tickets are issued as wristbands and cannot be replaced if lost. To purchase tickets, visit the official event website.

• Kids 15 and under are admitted free with a ticketed adult and do not require a wristband.

• Children under 4 are admitted free into the Ultra Club hospitality area.

• Kids aged 4–12 require an Ultra Club Kids Pass, available by calling 1.877.332.7804.

• Military Discount: Active, reserved, and retired military personnel receive 10% off General Admission for all three days with valid military ID at the gate.

Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum

The world-renowned Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum will be open with extended hours throughout race weekend. Please note that museum admission is not included with race tickets and must be purchased separately onsite.

Museum hours:

• Friday, October 3: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday, October 4: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Sunday, October 5: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

All seminars held at the museum are free with museum admission and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
