Auburn Announces Nine-Day "A-Day Week" Celebration Packed With Sports, Traditions, and the Debut of Coach Alex Golesh

April 10, 2026 - AUBURN, Ala. - The Auburn Family will have no shortage of excitement this spring as the university launches "A-Day Week," presented by Golden Flake, a nine-day celebration running April 10–18 and featuring a full slate of athletic events across campus. The week culminates with the annual A-Day Football Game on Saturday, April 18, marking the highly anticipated debut of new head coach Alex Golesh.

A-Day Game Headlines the Week

The marquee event kicks off at 2 p.m. inside Jordan-Hare Stadium, where Golesh will lead the Tigers in a traditional spring game format. Fans will get their first look at returning standouts as well as the newest additions to the roster, offering an early preview of what the Golesh era may bring.

A-Day will also deliver the full Auburn gameday experience. Fans can enjoy Tiger Walk, the Auburn University Marching Band, and postgame autograph opportunities with players on the field-continuing one of the program's most beloved traditions.

A Full Campus of Competition

Before football takes center stage, Auburn supporters can take in a variety of SEC matchups throughout the week. Softball, baseball, and women's tennis will all host home contests, giving fans multiple chances to support Auburn athletics.
