Republican Alabama Secretary of State candidate Chris Horn joined Brandon Moseley and Christopher Peeks recently to discuss his campaign for Secretary of State.
Both Chris Horn and his main primary opponent - Caroleene Dobson - both were GOP Congressional candidates two years ago in majority minority districts. Horn and the hosts discussed redistricting and how going from a 5-2 (Republicans to Democrats) to a 6-1, or 7-0 congressional map could impact the May 19th Republican primary and the August 11 Congressional primary.
Horn hypothesized that Dobson (win or lose the May 19th primary) could still be a congressional candidate in CD2. He also let open the possibility that he might become a congressional candidate.
Horn was a longtime president of a Republican Club in the Tennessee Valley and a former conservative talk radio host.
Qualifying for Congressional districts 1, 2, 6, and 7.
