Rodney Walker Endorses Barry Moore for U.S. Senate

ENTERPRISE, Ala. - Alabama businessman and former U.S. Senate candidate Rodney Walker announced his endorsement of Congressman Barry Moore on Thursday, praising Moore's background as a small‑business owner and his commitment to Christian values.

Walker, who launched his first business after graduating high school and has since built five additional companies across Alabama, said Moore understands the challenges facing entrepreneurs, farmers, and rural communities. Walker, also a farmer himself, noted that he appreciates Moore's support for the state's producers and working families.

"I am honored to have Rodney Walker's endorsement," Moore said. "Rodney understands what it means to build something from the ground up, and his support means a great deal to me as we continue this campaign. Together, we will continue fighting for small business owners, working families, producers, and rural Alabamians."

Moore added that Walker's support reflects growing unity among conservatives in the race.

"Rodney's endorsement is a sign that our campaign is bringing conservatives together to win this race and that we are building a coalition that's ready to make Washington a little more like Alabama," Moore said.

About Barry Moore

Barry Moore, a Coffee County native, is a Christian, husband, father, and small‑business owner who served in the Alabama National Guard Reserves. In 2015, he became the first elected official in the nation to endorse Donald Trump for president and has remained a vocal supporter.

Moore is the only candidate in the Alabama U.S. Senate race with Trump's "Complete and Total Endorsement."

A graduate of Auburn University, Moore met his wife Heather while serving in the National Guard Reserves. Together, they founded BMI, Inc., a waste‑removal and demolition company that has grown steadily over the past two decades.

Elected to Congress in 2020, Moore is a member of the House Freedom Caucus. He has been rated the most conservative member of Alabama's congressional delegation by CPAC and the state's most effective legislator by the Center for Legislative Excellence. In Washington, he has focused on issues affecting farmers, veterans, and small‑business owners, while opposing policies he describes as harmful to border security and traditional values.

Moore and his wife Heather have four children, two grandchildren, and two dogs, and continue to reside in Coffee County.

Moore is in the Republican primary runoff on June 16 versus former U.S. Navy SEAL Jared Hudson.
