"Fear The Bow" As Phenix City Wins Again In The Little League Baseball World Series

The Phenix City 12U All Stars will play again the Little League Baseball World Series today, Wednesday, August 26th, 2026, at 6 PM Central Time. For they won their game yesterday against the Tacoma, Washington team 4 to 2. With the star player for the Phenix City All Stars, Kinley Rasmus, breaking a record in the series with her fifth hit. Kinley now has the most hits of any girl playing in the Little League World Series. Kinley's stellar performance in the series is leading to a rallying cry in the series of "Fear The Bow". For Kinley is known for wearing her hair tied back into a ponytail with a ribbon tied into a bow while pitching successfully for Phenix City.

Cam Lee, a player for Phenix City who dreams of being the quarterback for the University of Alabama one day, is the centerfielder on the baseball team. With Lee hitting a double off the centerfield wall that enabled Kinley Rasmus to run home and bring the team to a 3 to 0 lead after the third inning. Let us hope that Coach DeBoer is taking note. Yesterday's win against the team from Washington, makes the third win in a row for Phenix City. With Jerry Taylor pitching into the sixth inning. Taylor struck out three players while pitching for Phenix City, yesterday.

Phenix City will play the West Side Little League from Hamilton, Ohio in the Little League World Series. The West Side Little League is the team with the most Little League World Series appearances in the USA. The game will be aired on ESPN. Fear the bow!
