Coach Tuberville Draws the Line: America Is Not Negotiable

When the Founding Fathers pledged their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor to build this nation, they didn't envision a day when U.S. senators would have to ban foreign religious law from creeping into our courts. They certainly didn't imagine a Congress where political officials like New York' Cities likely new Moslem mayor Zohran Mamdani, and his ideological allies in the Squad, would love to see their beloved Shari law creep into our Judicial system.

Once again Senator Tommy Tuberville isn't backing down from his commitment to our constitution. He's taking the fight straight to the heart of the issue with two new bills; the No Sharia Act and the Preserving a Sharia Free America Act to make sure the Constitution always comes first and that Sharia law is never allowed to take root in the United States.

Critics say there is no "Sharia law problem" in America, but that is only because patriots are acting before it can spread. When Oklahoma voters passed a ballot measure to ban foreign religious law from their courts in 2010, a liberal federal judge struck it down as "discriminatory." Since then, at least ten states including Alabama, Kansas, and Mississippi have taken preemptive action to make sure no court ever enforces any foreign or religious law that conflicts with the Constitution. These laws were not reactions to a crisis, they are firewalls against one. In a world where radical clerics and imported ideologies preach submission over freedom, Coach Tuberville's bills are not paranoia, they are prevention.

Coach said it plainly: "Sharia Law is fundamentally anti-American and has no place in our country. If you want to peacefully practice your religion, you have every right to do so under the Constitution. But if you want to come to the United States and advocate for the practice of Sharia Law over U.S. law, you should not be here."

That's not hate, that's clarity. It's the line between freedom and fanaticism.

The Founders drew that same line more than two centuries ago. John Adams warned, "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." Adams wasn't talking about Sharia law, but he might as well have been' because the moment we allow any foreign ideology to override the Constitution, we stop being America.

Tuberville's bills do what every American should demand:

• Stop activist judges from enforcing foreign laws that violate our rights.

• Protect women and children from discriminatory Sharia-based contracts or "marriage" rulings.

• Bar immigration benefits for those who openly preach replacing American law with religious rule.

It's called common sense - something Washington has forgotten. And yet, the same leftist crowd that screams about "women's rights" and "equality" will fall over themselves to defend Sharia, a system that stones women, throws gays off roofs, and silences dissent. Members like Mamdani and the Squad rail against "Christian nationalism" while defending the most theocratic ideology on earth. They don't hate oppression - they just want to choose the oppressors.

Coach Tuberville's message is simple: not here, not now, not ever.

America welcomes every faith, but not ideologies that demand submission. Freedom of religion does not mean freedom to destroy the Republic. This isn't about fear - it's about reality. Wherever Sharia dominates, freedom dies. Women lose their rights. Christians are persecuted. Democracy disappears. That's not conjecture - that's history.

The Constitution is not negotiable. Our rights are not conditional. And as Tuberville reminds Washington - this nation still belongs to the people who built it, not the radicals who hate it. If that offends the leftist, so be it. If it triggers the media, let them wail. The truth doesn't need their approval. Once again, Coach Tuberville is leading with courage. He's not apologizing for America, he's defending it. And for that, every patriotic American should stand with him. Because this is still one nation under God, and we will never kneel to anyone else's law.
